Ensure your system meets the minimum requirements for optimal performance
Choose the installation method that works best for your environment
Launch Microsoft Excel on your computer or access Excel for the web
Make sure you're using Excel 2016 or later, or Excel for the web with Microsoft 365
Navigate to Insert > Add-ins > Get Add-ins
In Excel for the web, click on Insert > Office Add-ins. In desktop Excel, go to Insert > Get Add-ins
Use the search bar to find 'Eursor AI' in the Microsoft AppSource
Type 'Eursor AI' in the search box and press Enter. Our add-in should appear in the search results
Click 'Add' to install Eursor AI to your Excel environment
Click the 'Add' button next to Eursor AI. You may need to accept permissions for the add-in to function properly
Find Eursor AI in your Excel ribbon and start chatting with your data
Look for the Eursor AI tab in your Excel ribbon. Click it to open the AI assistant panel
Common issues and solutions to help you get up and running quickly
Check if add-ins are enabled in Excel settings. Go to File > Options > Add-ins and ensure COM Add-ins are active.
Ensure you have admin rights and a stable internet connection. Try restarting Excel and attempting installation again.
Clear Excel cache, restart the application, and ensure you're using a supported Excel version.
